Xmas lights I

I recently saw a tutorial about photographying xmas lights, It is a matter of timing with the sunset. I think I'm going for a series of those.
This first one doesn't fit what's said in the tutorial but I like it. I cropped it in photoshop and added some saturation.
Is it success or failure?
What could I do to better it?
