... Next time I'll think twice before using my camera when it's raining. It's a good one but not yet a 1D or 1Ds... There's no weather sealing on it. I think that it's not really serious and when it's totally dry there'll be no problem at all, but now I can't use it completelly :p, yes I was smart enough to take an insurance. Hope this photo is nice enough for the trouble it caused, enjoy ^^. By the way I didn't make the circles of light on purpose, does someone know how to do it whenever I want? And does someone know why they are circles when the light is rectangular?
very atmospheric. hope your camera is okay!

amazing shot, I like the light very much. Hope your camera will be ok soon. Concerning the circles I think they are circular because the lens is. I think they depend on the aperture. But I'm not an expert on this. You can easily add such lens reflections using Photoshop filters.

Nice shot. Hope your camera recovers quickly. You can use photoshop filters (lens flare) to achieve those circles of light.

Beautiful shot and the lighting is great. I love the circles too.

It's a beautiful image, and a fitting last work for your camera. Kidding: I'm sure hoping your camera will revive. I'm guessing the circles are drops of rain (or one drop reflected through the elements) on your lens. Similar effect in my shot today. Tip: use an umbrella next time, maybe a hair dryer now!

Thank you all for your comments and advices. I think (logically speaking, I didn't find anything on it though) that they are circles because of the lens -I had another photo with those circles in plain sun. Concerning producing those lens flare (I think it's what it's called after reading what you said), I'm not fan of photoshopping my photos, at least as long as the quality of my photos isn't high enough I prefer concentrating on producing nice photos than on bettering the photos afterward (though I think both way may provide good results); but thank you very much for the filter advice, if I really feel the need of those flare, I'll give a try to the filter. About my camera, it works enough to take photos.
